So after tracking down various bugs in the superbuild, here's a build: https://open.cdash.org/viewFiles.php?buildid=4041736 SHA-1: d0098514d644e8aeffb7a776fcfaeec20ed2c378 I'll upload it to the website. --Ben From ben.boeckel at kitware.com Fri Oct 2 10:58:32 2015 From: ben.boeckel at kitware.com (Ben Boeckel) Date: Fri, 2 Oct 2015 10:58:32 -0400 Subject: [Cmb-users] Missing SMTK library in Mac installer In-Reply-To: <20151002145559.GA27997@megas.khq.kitware.com> References: <20151002145559.GA27997@megas.khq.kitware.com> Message-ID: <20151002145832.GB27997@megas.khq.kitware.com> On Fri, Oct 02, 2015 at 10:55:59 -0400, Ben Boeckel wrote: > I'll upload it to the website. http://computationalmodelbuilder.org/files/nightly/CMBSuite-4.0.0-Darwin-x86_64.dmg Merging the branch too. --Ben From Amanda.M.Hines at erdc.dren.mil Fri Oct 2 11:00:09 2015 From: Amanda.M.Hines at erdc.dren.mil (Hines, Amanda M ERDC-RDE-ITL-MS) Date: Fri, 2 Oct 2015 15:00:09 +0000 Subject: [Cmb-users] Missing SMTK library in Mac installer In-Reply-To: <20151002145559.GA27997@megas.khq.kitware.com> References: <20151002145559.GA27997@megas.khq.kitware.com> Message-ID: Ben, Ok, great. I was finally able to get paraview to build in the superbuild. I had to turn on the USE_SYSTEM_HDF5 and USE_SYSTEM_NETCDF. This was a little confusing to me because I had to set the ENABLE_NETCDF and ENABLE_HDF5 parameters to on in the main build directory or it would overwrite the values I set in paraview?s build directory. The descriptions for those two variables are confusing. Based on the descriptions, I thought if they were turned on then superbuild would build those instead of using the system libraries. I?m in the process of building CMB and I?ll let you know if I run into anything else. Thanks, Amanda On 10/2/15, 9:55 AM, "Ben Boeckel" wrote: >On Tue, Sep 29, 2015 at 14:32:50 -0400, Yumin Yuan wrote: >> I am forwarding this to Ben, who is our cmb-packaging expert. The bad news is that so far I?ve encountered 2 relatively important bugs: 1. Coincident Rendering options either have changed or no longer works. I?m seeing lines under polygons and vertices under lines. 2. Color by entity seems royally broken. I get: Unknown input Scalar Type VTK/Rendering/Core/vtkMapper.cxx line 852 vtkCompositeMapperHelper Bob Robert M. O'Bara, MEng.
